The momentum continues - This release includes over 100 work tickets! We're excited about today's release and very excited about the upcoming changes in the works!

Scheduling, Patient Portal, and Appointment Reminders

  • Month and day added to phone (voice) reminders
  • Multiple location support on the patient portal: patients can view clinicians and availability by location
  • Portal "Any Location" option allows patients to view availability at all locations at once
  • Portal "Any Clinician" option (for group practices) shows all availability without choosing a clinician first
  • Portal scheduling features can now be limited to logged in patients only
  • Appointments can now optionally be scheduled on the patient portal up to 39 or 52 weeks in advance
  • Improved search results when matching portal appointment requests to patients
  • "Jump" menu on Scheduling pages now has a mini calendar to jump to other dates

Billing and Reports Improvements

  • All new tabbed interface for working with payers much like when working with patients or users
  • Patient Statement improvements including: new service code column; removed "Appt" before each line item; changed "Check (123)" to "Check #123"; clinician names suppressed unless they vary
  • Appointment billing tab tweaks including renaming "Patient Insurance" to "Payer"
  • Appointment billing tab for group therapy shows billing overview for all patients in one place
  • Replaced "No Clinician" column from Revenue Report with two columns: "Unassigned" (payment not yet allocated) and "Practice" (payment assigned to a charge that is not clinician-specific)
  • Further improved matching insurance settings with patient's parents and spouses to minimize data reentry
  • Stepfather and Stepmother added as contact relationship types and will be used to populate insurance info
  • Note Count Report now works for interns, not just clinicians
