Today's update focuses on various bug fixes and minor improvements. Thank you to our customers who reported these bugs! Please don't hesitate to let us know about any suggestions, feedback, or problems you encounter with TherapyNotes. For those patiently waiting, we are making excellent progress on adding clearinghouse support! We will be posting much more about this in the weeks ahead. In the meantime, here are the more interesting fixes covered by this update:

  • Added a warning about password expiration 5 days before passwords expire, instead of forcing you to change your password without notice.
  • Corrected a bug that causes the to-do list to display that there are no items after dismissing or snoozing an item.
  • We now update the insured's address in billing settings when you update the address for a self-insured patient.
  • When rendering a diagnosis code on a CMS form, we no longer force a '0' in the first decimal place if there is no decimal.
