New "Write Off Report" added to the Billing page, documenting written off amounts
Dollar amounts in the Revenue Report and Write Off Report link to list of items making up that total
Scheduled Events now a new color, so they're easier to distinguish from scheduled events
Fixed issues that may have caused color settings to be lost
