What's New: Patient Statement Improvements and More

  • Patient statement now includes practice phone number and web address if known.
  • Patient statements and billing searches always list services before payments if on the same day.
  • Batch patient statements no longer include patients whose only open items are unassigned credit and/or items with no rates set.
  • Add-on codes can now be added multiple times to the same appointment. Please review your Service Code Settings to enable.
  • Dynamically-sized headers on notes eliminate extra whitespace and preventing long fields from getting cropped.
  • Text appointment reminders now include the day of the week.
  • Bug in write-off report fixed, in which it didn't use selected date range.
  • Various other support-related improvements, such as contact form tweaks.
