TherapyNotes Updates: Backend Upgrades and More

  • We changed "History of Present Illness" label to read "History of Present Problem" on all new psychotherapy and psychiatry Intake Notes.
  • We overhauled the backend system for how TherapyNotes bills its customers. It is now easier for practices to update their subscription and it is now possible to generate TherapyNotes invoices if needed. These updates pages are available from the TherapyNotes Subscription settings page.
  • Significant performance improvements were made for doing large patches of billing statements or downloading multiple notes.
  • We improved the user interface for downloading multiple notes.
  • We fixed an issue with patient statements where items that the patient owed a total of $0 for would display as though their rates weren't entered.
