TherapyNotes Version 4.16

Client Portal Design Improvements: Numerous client portal design improvements were made to make the portal a better experience for your patients. If your practice isn't already using the portal, it can be enabled and customized from the TherapyNotes settings pages. The portal allows your clients to schedule, reschedule, or cancel appointments. Many more portal features are being worked on.

Service Codes and Units: Service codes now offer a more granular setting regarding how many minutes a unit is worth. Previously TherapyNotes offered a selection of options starting at 15 minutes. Now you can enter any number of minutes, including the number 1. This setting is in the Service Codes Settings pages as "Bill for 1 unit for every X minutes spent on this service during a single session".

Architectural Improvements: This version includes a significant number of back-end architectural improvements necessary for scalability of our software, as well as our growing development team, laying the groundwork for future development projects.
