What's New 4.59: TherapyNotes™ Telehealth Is No Longer in Beta!

We have high confidence in the call quality and stability of our services and are pleased to officially bring TherapyNotes™ Telehealth out of beta. Thank you to all of the beta testers who have already conducted well over 32,000 hours of sessions using TherapyNotes™ Telehealth.

Although this is the end of our beta program, we still want to give everyone a chance to try it out. TherapyNotes™ Telehealth will continue to be free until September 1, 2020. Afterwards, the cost will be only 24¢ per hour, billed by the minute. In the meantime, we are continuing to work on major improvements including an improved calendar integration, screen sharing, group calling, and much more.

Practice Administrators can enable TherapyNotes™ Telehealth for their practice by visiting Settings and selecting Telehealth.

Other notable improvements in this release:

• If a telehealth user on an iPad or iPhone switches to another app that invokes the microphone (such as Siri, FaceTime, or taking a phone call), the audio will properly resume when they return to the telehealth session.
• We've made some interface improvements to your client portal, including a cleaner main menu and a new Telehealth page if your practice has telehealth enabled.
• You can now merge a Patient Information Form submission from the portal again, even if you previously merged it or marked it as processed.
• Appointments for inactive clinicians will no longer be hidden from applicable calendar views. This will give schedulers an opportunity to update these appointments appropriately.
