We're pleased to announce another ePrescribe update:
Pharmacy requests now appear in prescribers’ eRx Notifications with the copy "Unrecognized Patient" if the prescribing system is unable to match the patient in a request with an existing patient in TherapyNotes. The prescriber will be able to either search existing patients and link the request to the correct patient or create a new patient in TherapyNotes.
