What's New: Introducing Outcome Measures

We are excited to introduce Outcome Measures to TherapyNotes! Now you can send the GAD-7 and PHQ-9 measures to clients through TherapyPortal to measure the severity of their anxiety and depression symptoms. Your patient can choose to complete the questionnaire entirely in English or Spanish. TherapyNotes will automatically score the completed questionnaire and will provide guidance on the outcome and next steps. Completed questionnaires are saved in the patient’s Documents tab and can be printed or downloaded as PDFs. Look for more outcome measures to be added in the future.
