What's New: September 2022 ePrescribe Updates

By TherapyNotes, LLC on September 16, 2022

This month's updates include the ability to write prescriptions using multiple licenses and from patient-reported medications, plus important information for CA prescribers.

  • ePrescribe will now include the option to create new prescriptions from patient-reported medications. The Order option will appear in the Actions menu for detailed patient-reported medications.
  • ePrescribe will now allow prescribers with multiple licenses to choose which license to use when writing a prescription. This option will appear in Step 3 of adding a prescription. The system will suggest which license to use, but you may select a different license from the dropdown once multiple licenses are added. If you use multiple licenses and DEAs, please call TherapyNotes Support at (215) 658-4550 x5 so we can manually enter your licenses and DEAs into ePrescribe.
  • If you are a California prescriber and you want to request PDMP information through TherapyNotes, please call TherapyNotes Support at (215) 658-4550 x5 to have your medical license information manually entered. You will receive an error message if you request PDMP information without your California medical license information.
