We're excited to announce Automatic Receipts on your client portal and two new outcome measures!
With this new optional feature your clients will see a Receipts tab on the Billing page of your portal. This new page will now show receipts for all payments made in the past 90 days, including all payments made in TherapyNotes by the practice, or on TherapyPortal by the patient. No action is required by the practice to generate these receipts. If a patient asks for a receipt, you can simply suggest that they log into the portal. The receipts on the portal can be downloaded as PDF files and will show exactly how monies were allocated.
To accommodate this new functionality, the Billing page of the portal has been reorganized into tabs for Balances and Receipts.
Practice Admins can enable this feature from the Portal Settings page.
Two new outcome measures are now available: the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) and the Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS). As with all existing outcome measures, these can be completed in English or Spanish. Once completed and submitted, the questionnaire will be available on the client's chart.
Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES)
The Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale (RSES) measures positive and negative feelings clients may have about themselves. It can be used with adolescents and adults.
Dyadic Adjustment Scale (DAS)
The Dyadic Adjustment Scale measures an individual's perception of some aspects of their relationship with their partner. It is designed for use with married or unmarried cohabiting couples.
