What's New: AWARE and CSI-32 Outcome Measures, Plus Clinician-Administered VADRS

By TherapyNotes, LLC on April 30, 2024

We are happy to announce the release of two new outcome measures, the AWARE and CSI-32. We've also updated the VADRS outcome measure to allow it to be clinician-administered. Like all outcome measures, these can be completed on the client portal in English or Spanish and will be available to review in the client's chart and print or download as a PDF.

AWARE Outcome Measure

The Advanced Warning of Relapse Questionnaire (AWARE) is used to assess warning signs of relapse in people with alcohol use disorders. It helps clinicians understand the likelihood that a client will engage in heavy drinking in the upcoming two months.

CSI-32 Outcome Measure

The Couples Satisfaction Index (CSI-32) is a tool designed to measure a client's satisfaction in a relationship.

NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Now Available as Clinician-Administered

The NICHQ Vanderbilt Assessment Scale–Parent Informant (VADRS) is now supported in our clinician-administered outcome measures workflow. The measure was released for clinicians to share on the client portal in early April. The Initial and Follow-up versions are now available for clinicians to administer during a session.
