The TherapyPortal™ Documents page view has been completely redesigned to improve ease-of-use for your clients. When your client visits the Documents page on the portal, new tabs "Paperwork & Forms" and "Client Records" will be visible. "Paperwork & Forms" will show any actionable items sent by the practice for the client to complete and "Client Records" will include all completed documents. More enhancements for TherapyPortal™ will be coming soon as well!
"Client Records" will only ever include notes and documentation that were sent by the practice to the client.
