What's New: PCL-5 Outcome Measure

By TherapyNotes, LLC on February 7, 2023

Our third Outcome Measure, the PCL-5, is now available! The PCL-5 is used to measure the severity of patient stress responses and is available for your patients to complete in English or Spanish. As with our other measures, TherapyNotes will automatically score the completed questionnaire. Completed measures are saved in the patient’s Documents tab and can be printed or downloaded as PDFs. We don't plan on stopping here, so please stay tuned for more outcome measures to come!
