We’re excited to introduce Practice Messaging! This new feature enables seamless internal communication within TherapyNotes. Front staff can let clinicians know about patient arrivals, staff can coordinate room availability, and billers can ask clinicians billing questions—the options are endless!
Select one or more staff members or choose from a list of standard groups, such as All Staff, All Billers, All Clinicians, All Schedulers, or clinicians for a particular location to send a message to.
When viewing your inbox, you can use the top left filter to search your inbox for messages that include staff members or staff groups. If you have client messaging enabled, you can filter your inbox to view internal messages only by using the Audience filter and selecting Internal.
Practice Administrators can enable Practice Messaging from the Secure Messaging settings page. Once enabled, find the icon at the top right to visit your Messages page. If both are enabled, this page will display conversations with staff members and clients.
