The fee per reminder applies. Additionally, we are now sending appointment reminders if the time on the appointment changes after a reminder was already sent for the original time. **Aging Report and Batch Statements Features Merged and Enhanced** On the Billing page billers will notice a single an option for "Patient Aging Report & Batch Statements". The aging report now offers new feature to limit the report by clinician or minimum age. From this report you can then generate statements for just these patients. **Easier Access to Billing Settings for Contact Notes** While viewing a contact note there is now a link directly to the billing details. After you save a contact note, this link will be immediately available, if you indicate the contact was billable. \* The content of this post is intended to serve as general advice and information.
