In addition to a handful of bug fixes and general improvements, here are the highlights of today's update:

Appointment Reminders for Contacts

You can now send text, phone, and email reminders to patient contacts, such as spouses or parents, in addition to the reminder sent to patients. The fee per reminder applies.

Additionally, we are now sending appointment reminders if the time on the appointment changes after a reminder was already sent for the original time.

Aging Report and Batch Statements Features Merged and Enhanced

On the Billing page billers will notice a single an option for "Patient Aging Report & Batch Statements". The aging report now offers new feature to limit the report by clinician or minimum age. From this report you can then generate statements for just these patients.

Easier Access to Billing Settings for Contact Notes

While viewing a contact note there is now a link directly to the billing details. After you save a contact note, this link will be immediately available, if you indicate the contact was billable.
