TherapyNotes Appointment Reminders will automatically email, text, and/or call appointment reminders to your patients! TherapyNotes will log all reminders, and will let you know if any errors occur. We do not have a way (yet) for patients to confirm appointments, and they will have no way to cancel appointments. Pricing has not yet been determined, however during the beta testing period, appointment reminders will be completely free. If you wish to utilize appointment reminders during the beta period, please contact support. We will post more information soon.
