New Staff Page, Patients Settings, Improved Treatment Plan Strategy Interface, and More!

In addition to a few bug fixes and minor improvements, here are the changes from today's release.

Staff / User Accounts

  • Added a new Staff section to the main menu for practices with more than one user, with easy access to contact information and schedules
  • New home and mobile phone settings were added for users
  • All users can now view the staff list, but only Practice Admins can edit staff member settings
  • The "Practice Admin" role is now consistently always called "Practice Admin" and never "Account Admin" or "TherapyNotes Account Admin"

Patients

  • Moved the mobile phone above the home phone on the Patient Information tab.
  • Added a setting to indicate if it's OK to send text messages to mobile phones
  • Better at determining if a patient is active again if they have a new appointment after a termination note

Notes

  • Added the ability to select multiple items from the Treatment Strategy suggestions on the Treatment Plan
  • Psych Eval notes are now considered when recommending termination notes or updated treatment plans

Scheduling

  • Renamed the Appointment Reminder field on appointments to Appointment Alert to avoid confusion with future appointment reminder feature
  • Added the service code on the print view of the schedule

Billing

  • Added the ability to change the date range of the displayed items when doing claims, to allow submission of older items
  • Allow the manually submitted claims interface for items that are set to use EDI
  • Improved interface for editing settings for in-network insurance providers and their rate schedules
