New TherapyNotes Update: Patient Photos, Billing Improvements and More!

  • Patient photos can now be uploaded and display on patient pages! Upload a photo as you would upload any document, and select Patient Photo as the name. The photo will automatically appear on all your patient pages for easy viewing.
  • TherapyNotes returns to your last-used view when you go to the Scheduling page (Agenda/Day/Week/Month).
  • We now support taxonomy codes in claims, required by some payers such as Medicaid. If needed, set your taxonomy code in your User Accounts settings.
  • Optionally include the amount paid by patient on paper claims. Turn this on from the Practice Billing Settings page if desired.
  • A good amount of various user interface improvements and a few bug fixes.
  • Some pages now load much faster, such as the EDI and billing histories.
  • TherapyNotes may run faster now, as we doubled the bandwidth at our data center!
