What's New: Columbia Protocol Outcome Measure

By TherapyNotes, LLC on May 5, 2023

We are proud to welcome the newest addition to the Outcome Measure Library, the Columbia Protocol. You can send the Columbia Protocol measure to your patients to help assess the severity of their suicide risk.

As with all our outcome measures, your clients will be able to complete this on the client portal in either English or Spanish. The outcome measures will be scored and ready for your review after the client has submitted it. Completed questionnaires are saved in the patient’s Documents tab and can be printed or downloaded as PDFs.

In Case You Missed It

We've released a lot of exciting new features in the last few days! Please see our blog posts here on these other recent updates: Patient Receipts and Client Insurance Form Updates, and Always Available Portal Forms.
