What's New: OCI-R and TAPS Outcome Measures

By TherapyNotes, LLC on June 11, 2024

We are happy to announce the release of two new outcome measures, the OCI-R and TAPS. These can be completed by the patient on the portal or clinician-administered in TherapyNotes, and will be available to review in the client’s chart, print, or download as PDFs. As with all our outcome measures they are available in English and Spanish.

OCI-R Outcome Measure

The Obsessive-Compulsive Inventory-Revised (OCI-R) measures OCD symptoms across 6 subscales. It can aid in diagnosing both OCD and hoarding disorder or as a tool to monitor therapy progress. The OCI-R can be used with adults and adolescents 16 years and older.

TAPS Outcome Measure

The Tobacco, Alcohol, Prescription Medications, and Other Substance Tool (TAPS) measures a client's level of substance use and associated risk levels.
